Frequently Asked Questions
When is registration?
Registration typically begins about a month before the coming season’s evaluations. For the spring season, expect registration to begin in December and for the fall season, expect registration to begin in July.
How do I register a player or coach?
When registration is open, there is a “Registration” tab available at the top of our home page. There you can register your player(s) or coaches for play in the upcoming season.
What if we miss the registration window?
You can stay on top of these dates by adding yourself to our mailing list (link can be found on our home page). Occasionally we open a few spots for late registration for a few days after the original registration dates are over, but this is not guaranteed to happen each season.
Does my daughter need experience to play?
No, we welcome girls of all experience and ability levels.
I’ve never coached before but would like to help by coaching or assistant coaching, what’s that process like?
Sign up to be a coach and you’ll be asked to go through our background check and safety training. Other parents and coaches are willing to help you out along the way so you don’t have to feel like you’re doing everything on your own. If you want to be a bright spot in these girls’ day, sign up to be a coach.
I want to help, but I don’t want to coach. Is there anything I can do?
Yes, ask your team’s coach what you can do. The more parent involvement that we can get in a practice or game is helpful. Sometimes we need a dugout parent, someone to keep the book or run the scoreboard, or someone to just help shag balls in the field.
Where can we find the rules?
Under the “By Laws/Rules” section on our home page. If you have a rule that you’d like to change, reach out to a board member and they can take your suggestion to the board for approval. So with that, rules may change slightly from season to season so that we give our girls the best experience.
I have two daughters playing in the same league, will they be on the same team?
Yes, siblings are kept on the same team. So during the draft the coach will see that one girl = two for the draft and will pick them both up.
We will also be having more league specific FAQs coming soon so please check back.
